I would like a password to be required for logging in via any method.
- Passworded login - asks to enter 'username', 'password', and 'account creation password' - this is ok
- Openid - asks to enter openid uri - not ok
- Email login - asks to enter email and click a link in the email - not ok
Please advise how to password protect or disable the two last methods, I do not even see 'openid' mentioned in the setup. It is for the guppy.* site.

The web interface does not allow disabling openid and emailauth plugins because that's probaly how the admin logs in and they could lock themselves out making that change.
Branchable admins can do it, so the procedure is:
I see you already had done #1 and #2 for guppy.branchable.com, so I've disabled openid and emailauth for that site.
