The Branchable.com service is provided by Braawi Ltd on a best-effort basis. Higher service levels may be provided based on separate agreements.
Braawi may limit disk space or bandwidth usage of a site to protect other sites from adverse impact. Braawi will inform affected site owners of any action taken.
Braawi makes no ownership claim regarding the content of customer's sites. Customers are responsible for the content of their sites.
Braawi will only modify the content of a site at the site owner's request.
Braawi will not take down any site without the site owner's consent, except as required by law; or due to the owner's failure to pay their bills; or if the site is being used for spamming or the distribution of malware. When possible, Braawi will inform affected site owners of takedowns, and allow them to respond.
Braawi owns all DNS subdomains of Branchable.com. After a site is taken down, its subdomain may later by reused for another site.
Braawi provides NO WARRANTY of any kind for the Branchable.com service or our software.
Braawi will not be held liable for damages arising from use of the Branchable.com service or our software (including but not limited to loss of data).
These Terms of Service may be changed by Braawi at any time. Customers will be notified of changes via RSS and e-mails.
